Data deletion instructions

You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

If you are a lead (you filled a form for one of our client businesses)

Your details belong to that business. Contact them directly, or write to help@purplead.in with your phone number or email and the business name. We will help remove your data within 30 days.

If you are a client using Purplead

Business owners can delete any lead from the lead page. To close your account and delete all data, open Account → Close account (or write to help@purplead.in from your registered email). Download your leads first. We confirm and delete everything within 30 days; invoices are kept as required by tax law.

Facebook / Meta data

To remove Purplead's access to your Facebook page: open Purplead → Meta Ads → Disconnect, or go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations and remove the app. Then write to help@purplead.in to delete stored lead data that came from Meta.
