What Purplead is

Purplead is a lead management CRM for Indian businesses that get enquiries from Facebook and Instagram ads, WhatsApp, Google, lead portals and their website. It puts every lead in one list with the campaign and ad it came from, sends a WhatsApp reply from the business's own number in seconds, shares leads across the sales team, and lets the team mark each lead as Qualified, Not qualified, Junk or Dead after the call. With the business's permission, those marks are sent to Meta, so ads can learn which leads are worth paying for.

Who is behind it

Purplead is built and run by Purplead, a Meta ads team based in India that runs lead generation campaigns for local businesses such as real estate, interiors, clinics, education and finance. We built Purplead because we saw the same problem again and again: good ads, but leads lost to slow calls and forgotten follow-ups.
