Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. This policy explains which ones Purplead uses.

Strictly necessary (always on)

• leaddesk_sid: keeps you logged in and protects forms against forgery. It is deleted when you log out or close the browser session.
• Browser storage (ld_last_notif): remembers which notifications you have already seen.

These are needed for the app to work and do not track you on other websites.

Payments

When you pay, Razorpay's checkout window may set its own cookies to process the payment safely and prevent fraud. See Razorpay's privacy policy.

Marketing (public website only)

If we have switched on the Meta Pixel, our public website uses Meta's cookies to measure visits, demo requests and purchases from our ads. It is not used inside the CRM.

Videos

Our product video is played from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and loads only after you press play.

How to control cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookie, you cannot log in. You can control Meta ad tracking in your Facebook ad preferences.
